Hilltop Campus, Room B (Northwest entrance near Rec Center)

We are very excited to have Sandra Johnson joining us shortly after speaking at the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) Conference in Washington, DC, to share the most recent information available about the state of gifted education from a national perspective! Find out how Kansas compares to other states and learn the impact of the most recent reauthorization of the Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), and the fight for the Jacob Javits Gifted and Talented Students Education Act (JAVITS) funding on the national level.

Sandra is a lifelong advocate for gifted education and has experience as an educator and an administrator at the state and national level. She will educate and inspire you. Don't miss it!
