President's Message Happy Holidays to all of our BVPAGE families! We were blown away by the tremendous turnout to our Executive Function Skills meeting in November and hope you all took away some helpful information and tips. We are still working on getting answers to all of your questions you turned in that night, so please stay tuned for us to post them on our website and Facebook page. Your interest sent a clear message to us that we need to follow up on this topic so we are now working on scheduling another meeting that will take a deeper dive into more strategies for our kids. We would love to hear from you on what you'd like to learn more about! Our next three meetings aim to cover the overall educational experience in Blue Valley, starting with high school on December 7th. In January, we will talk about middle school, including the implementation of the new changes to curriculum and scheduling this year. February will be dedicated specifically to the gifted experience at all grade levels. Check out all the details as well as dates for upcoming events below, including our Summer Opportunities Fair on February 28th. We already have some great new summer camps lined up for the fair this year! We hope to see you at the next meeting Friday, December 7th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hilltop as we kick off this series.

Wishing you all happy holidays and a healthy New Year! Amy Gallentine, 2018-2019 BVPAGE President
